Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using SmartGifts ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
Use of the App
SmartGifts is designed for use by Shopify merchants to create and manage automated checkout promotions. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program policies and your own store's obligations.
Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring campaigns accurately, ensuring promotions comply with applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction, and testing campaign behaviour before publishing. Whiley Mai is not liable for incorrectly configured promotions or their commercial outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SmartGifts, including its code, design, and branding, are owned by Whiley Mai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose within your Shopify store.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiley Mai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SmartGifts. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SmartGifts following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
